Rahul Gupta
Founder & CEO
Mr. Rahul Gupta is the Founder and CEO of RT Global Infosolutions with over 25 years of experience as a technologist, venture capitalist, and an inspirational leader; His notable experiences include a long stint of eight years as a VC for technology companies and seven years as CEO & MD of two US-based mid-sized software development companies.
His specialties include strategy formulation, long and medium range planning, creating “winning teams,” investments in unlisted and listed space, business viability analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and funding.
His life mantra is, “Work with huge passion and positive feelings..put your heart and soul and hope for the best…do not allow failures to deter you…take them in your stride…life is too short and too precious for negative thoughts and feelings.”
HV Ranganatha
Vice President - Delivery
Mr. HV Ranganatha is responsible for channelizing the strategic direction of RTG’s technology services. He possesses over three decades of software development and technology management experience. He has the aptitude to develop robust operational work methods and systems, which has worked wonders for RTG. This has led RTG to achieve outstanding Productivity Indices year on year.
He has been a key figure in laying down technology road maps with his sound technical knowledge and business acumen, and that has helped clients make proactive IT investment decisions. His vast experiences covering various continents for over two decades with emerging technologies and IT trends make him the perfect technology head. As VP – Delivery, he has been involved in devising IT policies and administering business-driven IT improvements at RTG.
He has been at the forefront in mentoring project managers, team leaders, and coaching young talent.
Shailly Arora
Vice President - Sales & Marketing
Shailly Arora is the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at RT Global Infosolutions. She has over 24 years of business management experience covering Information Management services and Business Process Outsourcing with a primary focus in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance companies (BFSI) in North Eastern US, Australia, and India. At RTG, she is responsible for Sales and Marketing for RT Global Infosolutions, focusing on IT and BPO Services with a client base in Software Product companies, IT services companies etc.
She is widely travelled and can integrate well into diverse cultural environments. She is well organized, creative, hard working and self-motivated personality. She has a demonstrated track record in hunting for new strategic relationships, expertise in growing existing relationships, extensive people management expertise with respect to start-up phase as well as mature organizations, proven peer team networking skills and in building ‘C’ level relationships.
Virender Mittal
Director - Administration and HR
Mr. Virender Mittal serves as the Director of Administration and HR. Since its inception, he has been at RTG and has been responsible for leading the organization through a transition phase to a peak performing position. He oversees contracts, HR/training, and day-to-day business process operations for the company.
As Director of Administration & HR, he oversees the entire gamut of HR operations and implements the best strategies within the organization. As a seasoned management executive, he has expertise in managing the administration of the human resources policies and programs, and hands-on experience in cost control initiatives, vendor management, office management, statutory and regulatory requirements.
